About Candili
The Opportunity
The Candili Estate (Prokopi, Evia 340 04, Greece) is a beautiful, biodiverse, fertile and underdeveloped bioregion, with an English owner who is potentially willing to offer us a 25 year leasehold on the property. The estate currently includes a workshop and studio space, library and commercial kitchen, permaculture garden and x3 swimming pools, plus events space and accommodation for 50+.
There is also open land available that can be used to build semi-permanent entrepreneurial campus for both refugees and local entrepreneur and apprentice residents. We have an opportunity to transform the Candili Estate into a world famous venue that brings together entrepreneurs, artists and makers from across the world.

Marcus Letts is a design thinker and event producer who is relocating to Greece in order to lead on the Archetype IO. He is the catalyst of One Planet Productions and Elysion Fields, as well as being a co-founder of Landstory: a participatory design process for ethical development.
