Our mission is to transform a bioregion of Evia in to one of Europe's leading destinations for purposeful tourism and rural co-living.
To make this possible we operate as a freelance co-operative. We assemble agile flash teams on demand, depending on the specific needs of each project. This lean start-up approach helps us to deliver exceptional value to our entire stakeholder community.
The Co-Founders
Marcus Letts is a design thinker and event producer who is relocating to Greece in order to project manage Transform Evia. He is the founder of One Planet Productions and United Church.

Anton Chernikov is the founder of The Exponentials and IO Collective, as well as being a co-founder of Vilivo. He also has a degree in Architecture from the Bartlett (UCL). Anton's role is to secure funding for Euboea LLP and to lead on the innovation lab.
